ok, so yes, I will do a search after this thread is started but I've just discovered that G&L does Spanish Copper Metallic..... OMGosh!!!

an SB-2, with tort guard, rosewood board, non matching (or matching for that matter) headstock and gun oil tint neck......... I do bleeb, that would almost, almost be my desert island bass.


so yes, the obligatory request for those of you that have this finish to post pics for me... and now off to search thread (and email my buddy that rep's G&L 'round my neck of the woods )

Yes. Yes, they do.

You could do it in Belair Green and have a tropical island bass.

Or you could just do an L-2000 and make your conversion to the Dark Side complete.

good, I've got my Fodera owning friends to think of

I like the idea of the Tropical Island bass too, only thing is, I haven't been in a 'corporate' band yet that does Jimmy Buffet covers... but maybe that would instigate it!

now on to further unseating my '75 P and other various basses that have been the "go to gang"

but Shhhhhhhh!!

I'm sure there's someplace you could quietly slip into and test a couple G&Ls. Just be sure to have something that'll keep your socks from getting knocked off!

Looks pretty sweet.

Gotta hand it to G&L in the options/upgrades dept. They're lightyears ahead of the pack.
