How do I search the for sale forum for G&L's? When I try it keeps say that my search doesn't meet the 3 word criteria.

Yep, the search needs to be 3 characters, and apparently "&" doesn't count.

You can try searching for a specific model like "L2000". Also, some folks stick "GandL" in their listings, so that might be worth a shot, albeit hit or miss.

You could try the google option.

Something like this: site:talkbass.com "for sale" "fs/ft" +G&L "2009"

The only downside is you will have to sift through some older threads that may be closed.
Copy and past that and edit the key words as you see fit.

If you are looking for a Tribute, simply use Tribute. You may get some other stuff, but it will at least pull up the G&L's. Had the same problem looking for an SB-2. After checking Tribute, I then manually scrolled through each page looking for US models. Good luck
