Hi all,

can anybody tell me the weights of MIA and Tribute L-2500s? I want to estimate shipping costs for these...

Thanks in advance.

I have a MIA L2500 with 10.5 lb, but I think each bass varies.

Thanks for the info! Now I wonder what a Tribby (basswood or ash) would weigh...

My L-2500 Tribute Premium weights 4,5 kg. I like the weight. Solid but not too heavy for a 5-string. Some people wanted to know the string spacing: It is exact 17,5 mm at the bridge.

The US version is Basswood (Tilia) with an Ash top so the weight of it and the Basswod Trib should be similar.

Thanks in advance.
When shipping a bass, you usually will need to use the Dimensional weight of the box used, not the actual weight of the bass and case.
