1/4 inch Y cable. Single stereo connection to your bass guitar or wireless output, 1 mono cable to each head input.

+1. Also, if you're using two stage amps, whether you want to tweak both preamps or whether driving both amps using just one preamp is ok.

I used a voodoo labs amp selected pedal to run my bass through two amps before with great success. Wasn't cheap but worked great!

+2 Unless you tell us precisely what you are trying to do none of us can offer you worthwhile advice.

C'mon, paint the picture. What amps, what speakers? What are you trying to accomplish?

We need some more detail.

Its not really 'biamping' unless there's a crossover that's splitting the frequency ranges across a couple amps to different cabs.

Speaking of cabs, the OP doesn't say if he's trying to run 2 amps into one cab or two separate cabs. If the answer was a single cab, than that's a NO-GO. If its multiple cabs than there are a variety of ways to do this.

I do this as my standard rig. Would never use a single head on stage.
1. A BOSS CE3 has 2 outputs - 1 into each amp
2. A spliter plug (bought a few of them for $1.50 ea on Ebay) from my tuner into 2 amps
3. Some Tuners I haev heard have 2 outputs
4. some other pedals have 2 outputs
5 Splitter (Y cable) as stated above.
