Either a power conditioner or an empty panel is the way to go.

A pizza warming draw would be a really cool edition to your rack set up. Thin crust of course.

"Power conditioner"...

I'd go with the rack-mounted power strip (preferably w/ surge protection). The whole idea of a rack is to make set-up easy. Plug everything into the outlets and all you have to do is plug in one power cord and the speaker cable.
Or, how 'bout a wireless unit? You could still attach some sort of power strip to the rack case itself. Still an easy set-up, but with the added convenience of a wireless.

Rack filler panel, or a drawer for keeping cables and whatnot in.

These topics come around with the same facepalms and whatnots, but Bluesbob pretty much covered you. Use a search (or a calculated decision based on your needs) next time.

Leave the space right above the amp empty with a cover to allow cool air to the amp.

Get a rack fan for directly above the head - extra airflox never hurts anything.
