10" to 12" conversion possible?

Hey guys,
I have a fender sidekick bass 10" combo sitting around collecting dust. The imputs are really scratchy, so i figured while im tinkering with it, i should attempt to put a nicer speaker in it.

I got thinking if it would be possible to turn the 10" cab into a 12" cab?

Thoughts? concerns? ideas?

The cab would be too small to let a twelve work properly, and you'd end up with less output. If it's like most combos it's probably too small for a ten, let alone a twelve.

its rather close to half the size of my epifani 210. I supose ill go with a 10" and leave it parked at church
