15 & a 12??

Anybody ever seen, or heard, or used a cab with a 15" and a 12"?

I am looking for a single 4ohm cab to match my Bassman 100 - so fender grill cloth and 26" wide (call me vain...). I want to keep the cab as small as possible, so maybe a 26"wide x 26"-30"tall. Thinking about a custom job.

Currently using a couple of single 15" cabs that I love, but... Would like a physically "smaller" option, I don't want to haul two cabs all the time just to get a 4ohm load, want to get something on caster (my 2 15s are small so casters won't work).

Have considered a single 15" - but I think 2 speakers sound better than 1. There is a nice 15x6.5 made by LDS that people rave about, but I'm not so sure about a 6.5 driver - I like that old school thump, hate top end "sizzle", and think the 6.5 might not be a good option. Have considered a 15 wit 2x10, but I don't think I'm a huge fan of 10s - maybe with only two of them and the 15 it would be all right and not have too much of a 10" sound.

So, my other option is a 15 and a 12? Any thoughts about that set up?

Schroeder 1215. I'm sure he will do grill cloth if you ask.

Each of these cabs has a 15 and 10 and is now 4ohm. Very warm, one with Eminence Legends, the other with a Kappalite for the 15. I'm not sure what a 15 and 12 would sound like, but these are amazing and many a compliment.

But........now these collect dust as the berg nv215 rules the roost.

Oh wait....I've heard the shroeder...good stuff, I forgot.

There's no advantage to a fifteen and a twelve. A fifteen and an eight or six is a good combination, but with only 100 watts you need as much sensitivity as possible. So your best option in that size cab is a 2x12, even better: a 2x12/2x6. Sixes, BTW, don't 'sizzle', tweeters do.
And don't waste $ on a high end woofer like the 3012HO, you don't have enough power to make use of it. A 2512 is plenty and will keep the weight very manageable.
