For tone, the Bergantino AE210. Not a huge, loud box, but a warm, thick, supportive tone with articulation.

For big sound and volume from a 2x10, the Epifani UL210. The more wattage you give it, the more it smiles.

a friend of mine ownes a music store in my town. He had one of the new peavey VB 210 bass cabs. i am really digging it. For the $ it is great, and dosent have that built in scooped mid sound like swr and eden. it is built like a tank, 12 mm baltic birch with that hammerhead finish. Great to use when the svt 810 is to much. and it is usa made baby........

BFM. Mine's an Omni, but if I built it today I'd go with a Jack.

Not to be argumentative, but i own a SWR goliath jr AND 2 eden 210XLT's.... The edens are FAR superior in tone to the SWR, imo. The SWR does get more volume, tho. I suppose its just more efficient that the edens.
