2010 LA Amp Fest - Shootout 12/11/10

This will interest the guitar players in your band and also help
those bass players who also play guitar.

James Lugo will be testing and recording more than 60
of the finest amps on the planet today and over the weekend.

All results will be recorded at his hi end professional studio along
with HD video.

This effort is totally above and beyond anything anyone has ever done
to help musicians get their bearings on how different amps sound.

Production amps, custom amps and many that are builder direct only.

This is HUGE effort and should prove to be a valuable resource.

Does not seem to be relevant to bassists who play bass.

He's doing another one? That's awesome. His high-gain shootout was awesome, as was his humbucker shootout. Glad he's using the same setup as the high-gain one too so that these amps can be compared to the previous round.

However, not quite as relevant on this board as I think you'd expect

Well since bass players generally have to put up with getting blasted
by whatever their guitar player runs through, it's good to have this perspective.

They ended up with 80 Amps!

Even better than before, the new studio is all pro quality and the video and audio
from the event are being uploaded to youtube as we speak in HD.

Just thought your band mates might enjoy it.

I've been bugging James for a long time to try Reeves Amps.

I still cant wait to see what he thinks of a Custom 225 if he gets his hands
on one.
