2011 vs 2010 Heritage SVT-CL

Is there a "better" year for these heads? I have heard the stock tubes differ depending on the year of manufacture. Are there any other differences? Also, if anyone has knowledge of how the tube selections would affect the sound I'd love to hear about it.

I don't think you can go wrong either way with a Heritage.

The only difference is that the 2011 heads came with JJ power tubes instead of Winged C's. Winged C's became too hard to get in quantity at a decent price.

When I ordered mine from Sweetwater I expected it would be a 2011 but a 2010 showed up and I thought that was cool getting a first year edition. But yeah other than the tubes there is no substantive difference and both will sound like heaven.
