210 Cab to go with Peavey Tour 700

I've been looking at a 210 to go with my new Peavey Tour 700. I looked at the Headliners (sealed) they seem kinda cheap at $200. The Peavey VB 210(ported) is descent and well priced at $420. I looked into the Ampeg PF 210 portaflex, Only $400-500, but not too sure about Ampeg they always seem overpriced for what you get. The Carvin BR 210-8 and Carvin BR210N-8 they seem good. Then theres the Markbass 210 cab at 8 ohms. nice, but out of my price range at $1100.

Anyway thats what I've looked into. I prefer ported over sealed. Anybody have suggestions or experience with these? looking for a decent 210 cab to start with (so 8 ohms) and add another 210 or 115 later. trying to keep my budget around $500.

It's always best to do a personal hands on test with ANY cab you're looking at. They're all different, and really, only YOU can know which has the sound you're after.

If you are looking at Peavey cabs, don't forget the 210TVX.

I would spend the extra money and get the Peavey VB 210 over the headliner. I found my 210 headliner farts out too easy.
