i came across this photo of the bassist from a band called New Soul Cowboys. Don't know anything about the band or the bassist, but that cab looks insane. There are 24 speakers, i cant tell what size they are. Looks like theyre possibly 8's but theres also a good chance that they are smaller...

They look like 6's, or even 4's to my eyes. Either way, his rig looks made fresh!

i can also see that he has an EL-8 in his rack, which is one of my fav compressors (& i LOVE mine).

Nice rig, nice bass, fancy clothes and on top of all that, after listening to them on myspace/youtube, the guy is quite a solid player.

His name is David Karns; he post on TB frequently and he is a killer player too.

Good info, I'll keep an eye out for his posts. The stuff they have online does a nice job of highlighting his playing. Cool harmonic stuff and unexpected melodic lines in the middle of a rocked up country power trio is pretty unexpected but quite welcome.
