4 ohm and 16 ohm 10'' speakers aren't that easy to find.

There's just not a big selection (that I have found) for either one of these. Is it possible to wire two 8 ohm speakers and still keep 8 ohms?

saw an Eminence Legend BP102-4 10", 4-ohm on Parts Express. $85.

Youre right tho, not alot of selection out there in webland.

You're into custom order stuff, which means having to buy quite a few.. Might want to check US Speaker a bit closely.. some of their selections come in different impedances.. Foreign mfg's though, and it will be pricey..

It would be easier to buy a nice used cabinet and scavenge the speakers.
