I found an old 400rb i just cant get enough of. Think I might match it up to an Ampeg cabinet eventually. My question how do you get rack ears for these. Its the old model and GK does not have them anymore.... Any suggestions

How old is your amp? I had one in the mid-80's (hard-wired grey power cord) but don't remember what the arrangement was for rack mounting it. My late-80's 800RB had to have different side panels for racking. If that's the case with yours, you may need to have something custom made. Fortunately, my 400RBII from the mid-90's uses the rack kit GK sells on their website ($39.99).

If you're handy with tools, go to Ace Hardware, or Home Depot and get some 1" X 1" X 1/8" aluminum angle and make your own. It's easy. They sell it in anywhere from 24"to 48" lengths. You're only going to need about a foot of it. Just measure the height of the head and mark where the holes have to go. I shot mine with flat black spray paint and you can't even tell they're homemade.

I tried to order rack ears from GK once for my 800RB and got tired of waiting. It seemed they were eternally on back order.
