I was just asking for some advice. I have a Hartke HA5000 head, wich Ilove, coupled with a HyDrive 4x10 (awesome cab ). I wanted to add a 1x15, and here we donīt have so many options as you have up there. To me, the options are:
*Fender Bassman http://bass-guitars.musiciansfriend....net?sku=600588
*Laney Richter 1x15 http://www.richtonemusic.co.uk/produ...binet_1x15.asp
Or wait until I have the money to buy de HyDrive 1x15. The Fender is around $450, the Laney sells for about $400, and the Hartke is $800.
Thanks for the help!!!

What Bill said.
Even though I'm one of those people who uses a 115 to elevate their 410 and kind of like the tone, a mis-match like that is far from ideal.

It would be better a 1x15 or another 4x10?

| | | | I wouldn't get too caught up in the whole mismatch thing
Some of the best sounding rigs i've heard were mismatched speaker area rigs and also mismatched brands

Anyway enough about me, do you guys have Amazon in Uruguay? If so they have them going for $500.00 plus tax & shipping.
The HX115 is deffinatley worth it though, my 2Ē |

The two are usually unequal in the amount of power that they need/take, which can cause one to fart out at the same power that the other is running fine. Also, this means that almost all of the great tone that you heard was probably coming out of the 410, because if you run them both at the same power, the 115 will be drowned out by the volume of the 410.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
All credit to BFM, rpsands, greenboy, and Alex Claber. |

Itīs a store in my country, that sells the HyDrive 4x10 at a whopping $899.
So cost is an important issue here, I had to save a lot to get where I am today, taxes and transport to get the equipment down here play an important role, I guess.
Iīm very happy with the cabinet, so I will save for another one in the future.
Thanks to all for the quick and kind answers!!!
Cheers!
