700 vs. 1001 rbii. Which one?

I am trying to decide between the two heads, I play progressive indie through two peavey 410tx cabs in mostly medium sized venues. I have heard the 1001 is great but you can't get any tone under stadium volume. I use an rbi right now, with a growly jazz bridge tone. What do you think I should go with?

If you need the extra power I would get the 1001, if not the 700 is a great amp. I had a 700 for about 3 years and then switched over to the mb fusion. Probably one of the most well rounded amps out there.
