It was a tongue in cheek phrase. Basically, a 4x10 + 1x15 setup is not ideal setup at all. There's a lot of detail as to why right here on this very forum. I think that question is answered about once every week or two to be blunt.

i just need something that can give me a little more rumble. I know that they are not really that great, but i love my bassman 4x10. Unless somebody can give me a better cab for the same money im prolly gonna pick it up tomorrow.

Start here:
To Mix Or Not To Mix-That Is The Question

Then here:
Mixing Cabinets and Phase Response.

Then do a search. You likely won't be adding any "rumble" by adding a 1x15 to a 4x10.

i personally like the set up. i've been running 8x10's live and i am not happy with it at all. i was running 4x10 and a peavy 15 and loved it. the 8x10 is just not for me

Bill's Music House. I used to go there when I lived in the Baltimore, Annapolis, MD. area. They were the biggest music store in town the time I lived there. That was a long time ago.

I've never dealt with them over the internet but they were cool 15 years ago.

I know, right?
Sometimes (at least around here--and probably worse in a place like Hawaii) it can be freakin' murder trying to find a specific piece of gear you want! There's some things that I've been looking for around here for a couple of years. Sure glad I can get stuff online if/when I need to.
