About rms watt ampeg svt3pro + hartke vx cabinet

Sign in to disble this ad
Hi there

My question I think is silly but I'm not an expert so let's go.

My rig is:

ampeg svt-3 pro ( 8ohms: 275watts and 4ohms: 450watts) pluged in 2 cabinets hartke vx410 (eache one 8ohms: 400 watts).

In the final, how many watts rms I'm using in this configuration? How do I know that?

Thanks for the attention.

who knows how much you're using (dependent on your volume knob), but you'll have the capability of 450w split between your cabs. how do you know that? because cabs don't produce wattage...they take wattage. amps produce wattage.
