AccuGroove: MIA?

Does anyone know what's happening with AccuGroove? All the phone numbers I have for them are either disconnected or fax lines. No response via email either. Are they still in business? Any info would be appreciated.

A shop near me has had the same experience. He's an AccuGroove dealer and I inquired about some cabs. He held their cabs in high esteem, but he was apprehensive about recommending one since he tried calling them a day earlier and their phone was disconnected.

This was about a week and a half ago.

Just to let everyone know: Thanks to the FaceBook link I was able to get in touch with Mark from Accugroove. Thanks for your help!

Didn't work for me. Am still awaiting the Tri112L ordered in July. Phone numbers disconnected. No E-Mail replies and no response from the FB Links. Believe I'm headed for dissapointment and a major hassle getting my $$$ back.

I have not heard from Mark since the end of September.
I'm waiting on a MiniGroove Stack that had some parts back ordered. Mark was great communicating with me in Aug and Sep, but I have not heard from him since then.
Mark, where are you? Come back to us, Man.

Sixteen weeks and counting! Irritated......YES. Believe I'll cancel the order for the Tri112L and look at other cab builders who can deliver. Thanks Mark. A simple reply to any of the voice mails or E-Mails would have avoided this frustration.

Considering Dr. Bass and Zeibek pedals, the crazy/unfortunate thing when I read this thread is I caught myself actually hoping Mark had some medical issue instead of just failing to communicate.

Given that Mark's facebook photo is a wedding photo, it may be that he has been pre-occupied the last month:

I know when I got married recently things were pretty hectic for the few weeks around the wedding.

Is there any development here? I'm ordering through a German distributor for Accugroove and he doesn't know what's going on.

That's worrying. I hope they're not going out of business as I really have my heart set on an El Whappo cab. Has anyone heard any other news from them/been able to contact them in any way?

In late August I contacted AccuGroove to inquire about buying a cover for an AccuGroove cabinet. The phone was disconnected and email to their web site went unanswered.

It took a while, but eventually Mark (TB user name Whappo Grande) did reply to a TB PM. He said they were in the middle of moving and apologized for the delay in replying.

I just tried to check the www.accugroove.com web site, and it appears to be under the control of a cybersquatter. Not a good sign.

Very strange. I hope his business is not folding. They make IMO the best bass cabs in the world.

Mark took a while with my orders when they were in full swing. Don't worry, Mark is an upright fellow and I think he'll honor his orders, no matter what is going on. Be patient, give it some time.

I took delivery of a Whappo Jr. last month, direct from Mark. It's the best cab I've ever owned.
