Acme Flatwound vs Avatar TB153 thoughts

Has anybody compared these two cabs besides on paper?

Looking to buy a single cab with the old school 70's rock tone. For years I have played Acme B2s. I still have 3 of them. I power one with a GenzBenz 6.0 Shuttle, power amp with SansAmp RBI if I need more than one cab.

I have had a lot of GAS in regards to the greenboy cabs and also for the Acme Flatwound. Would love to get a little more low and rumble from a single cab.

Any thoughts on which of these cabs I should lean towards or save my money for other GAS purchases.

Not tried either but to my mind you would be comparing apples to oranges. They are completely different designs.

I have read plenty on the design aspects.... just looking for thoughts on if the Flatwound or TB153 would be giving me more rumble or low vs my current B2s if only using one cab.

As I get older (in my 40's) I love the idea of only having to carry one cab. So......one cab for more old school tone a B2, Flatwound or a TB153 (or similar greenboy design) with my Genz Benz 6.0 Shuttle.... thanks for your feedback
