Anyone know if these are readily available ?

If not how long is the current wait time for them ?

I've got a Low B2 and want to change it to a couple of smaller cabs. I was looking at the B1, but the B112 looks really cool.

When I bought the B2 it shipped immediately, but I remember once there was a month or so wait for one.

The "Flatwound" version (sans tweeter) has been available for several months already. The full-range version (with coaxial tweeter) has not yet been released, IIRC.

The Acme website claims the B2 and the B112 to be of identical dimensions (it's the same box). Do you know something the rest of us don't know?

The B112 is lighter, at least. Fewer components, and it's made out of plastic. Same box dimensions, though.

Made of plastic??? Where did you get THAT?

The B112 is not made of plastic. It has a Duratex finish (along with the Series III Low B series cabs), whereas the Series II Low B cabs had a carpet covering.

All the Acme cabs are constructed of plywood. No plastic...

I believe Andy does mention on his site that he experimented at one point with a plastic/composite enclosure of some sort, but it didn't work out.
