Just wondering...does this Acoustic put out 200 watts with this 15" cab? I know the head is suppose to be 200 watts. Thanks
(sorry for the dumb question) http://bass-guitars.musiciansfriend....age?sku=483494

I had the B200H with 2 B115's that I left at my practice space. While not overwhelmingly loud, it certainly provided enough output for practices. The cabinets are MDF which makes them heavier than they need to be but since I don't move them, it doesn't matter to me.
The head has a decent EQ system which provides some flexibility in sound. For $350 with the 15" it's a pretty good deal.

EDIT: beat me to it! |

Oh sorry, I missed that. 185 watts?

X8 | More like 140 watts into 8 ohms, but it's moot, as a fifteen in that price range probably won't take more than 80 to 100 watts before reaching its excursion limits anyway. |

I was estimating around 1/4 to 1/3 less of 250 that was mentioned around the third or so post.

That would give you some decent sound and air motion.
I know when I put my B-600H on just a B-115, I get nice enough sounds and deep freqs - but it really is limited in excursion and I can get it to fart pretty soon. I can only get to about 20% of the VOL settings before I start hearing it complain.
But I know that the B-600H on the B-410 is a whole different animal.
I never bought a 200 Watt head, so I am kinda out of the loop here, but I really think the 410 is a better deal for you.
My B-600H and B-810 are at a jam-site and not in the house at the moment.
