Acoustic 360, rough condition value.

I just looked at a CL advert for a Acoustic 360. (I dont have the link but it is Baton Rouge LA,)
There is only one photo and the amp looks to be in rough condition, missing grill cloths etc.
I have seen these things, in good condition, sell for $500 to $1000. Based upon what i see in the photo, I dont think its worth over 300 or 400. Any thoughts, opinions, etc?

It may need some tech time which could cost you. Be aware.

If its just the grill cloth, then that isn't all that big of a deal if you ask me.
