(First post, forgive me if I've broken any rules or such here)
Just been looking at "Acoustic" bass amps lately as I'm looking at getting a new rig. 2 4 x 10 bins and a substantial head to run them. Recently I stumbled upon "Acoustic" amps on Musicians Friend and as I'd never heard of them, was a bit curious of the prices. I did a bit of research and found out (as many of you know) they are a company that stopped production a while ago but have been bought out and these amps are back on the production line.
Anyway here's the question... has anyone had any experience with the re release line of amps? eg. the 600w heads or speaker bins?
And another thing... as I'm located in Australia does anyone know if there is anyone around that stocks them? I looked at buying them off Musicians Friend but the price for freight alone was ~ $900!
Any help is appreciated, or if you can direct me to a similar thread I may have missed, that's appreciated too
