acoustic b115 paired with b600h!?

Sign in to disble this ad
just picked up a full acoustic stack. b410 and b115 powered through the b200h. getting a great sound out o that with my warwick fretless corvette. i was wondering if upgrading to the b600h would be too much power for the cabs?

I don't think so - the 600 won't be putting out fully all the time and I've run that same combination a few times with my Acoustic stuff.

The B-410 with the B-115 will take you into some formidable power at moderate volume with that B-600H so I doubt you can stand the loudness if you cranked it any higher anyway. You'd chicken out first.

Just keep the 40-100Hz stuff kinda dimmed and you'll be happy and so will the B-115. It WILL fart out first, but that's true of most any 15-incher too. I've never had to take mine over 50% on the GAIN and less than 75% on the VOLUME to make myself heard.

FWIW: I know it goes against all intelligent audio engineers' conventions, but the B-115 & the B-410 make a great pair. Put the B-115 on top though.

You'll love the way you can change the Notch and even turn it off on the B-600H.

Let me know if you need to get a pedal for it - you may not figure it out for yourself. I spent not a few hours (days, really) researching the correct type and then even had to re-wire it to make it work for both the Standby & the Notch Filter.
