The grill is held in place with several Velcro pads under the lip of the grill. The grill is removed with the white piping in place too. Use a thin spatula to work it off.
Once it's off, you can remove the screws from around the speaker - don't drop the blade through the cone.
The wires are on with spade connectors on the electrical pad on the driver, so just work them off carefully.
BTW: the speaker is heavy! I work on mine when they are on their backs to keep them from slipping and destroying something.
