acoustic b600h sound issues

The amp turns on but it doesn't get loud at all. I'm just curious if anybody knows the problem.

Not sure , I love my B600h and two B410 cabs ,loud is an understatement, this thing will rattle your guts.

Maybe the mute button is broken. Is it new? As mentioned previously, these things are loud. I have a B600 and B410/B115 cabs and it rattles the dishes out of the cupboards.
