Mixing different cabs is a real crap-shoot---its almost certain you'll get cancellations and unwanted tonal anomalies with a mixed set of cabs. |

| | | another k140 would indeed be great, but if i'm not able to get that, should i build a 1x 15"?
The k140 cab is makeshift, and it will be difficult to redo |

It sounds like you won't get an identical cab, but if you get one that's similar size and porting, it can work. It could also work even if they're not matching, but that's up to you to decide.

I always tried to buy same brand and model too when using more than one cab. I am back to using just one single cab now though. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
