advice on finding the right power amp to match my ampeg 8x10

I am currently playing with 2 sunn concert heads (1 powering my ampeg 8x10 and the other powering a 4x12 & a 2x15)
The 8x10 however is being drowned out by the 4x12 & 2x15. I have swapped the heads around and it makes no difference so I was thinking about buying a power-amp (to use with a sunn PB-10 pre -amp) to see if I can get the 8x10 pumping out a bit more.
Can anyone offer me any advice on what power-amp to buy to push the 8x10 hard but not destroy speakers every other week. To be honest I dont really understand to much about RMS power handling etc.
If it makes any difference, the signal is always distorted.

At this point, you are better off getting rid of the 810 and getting another identical 412 and 215. Putting more watts into the 810 is not necessarily going to make it louder than what the Sunn heads are already doing. If you are destroying the speakers on the 810 constantly, you need to get a better cab and/or stop pushing so much low end below 100hz through it.

The 4x12 + 2x15 combo will always womp your 810. Blowing it out with a crapload of power won't fix that.

thanks guys, damm useless 8x10! That cab cost me a shed load of cash I dont have as-well. I can get the same 2x15 and 4x12 for £150 for the pair. I always knew those little speakers were gonna let me down!
