Aguilar 500 dual channel amp problem.......

Haven't had this amp long, but really like it. Took to band practice tonight and it gave me nothing but pretty blue lights. Fuse is good. was running into a Dr. Bass 8 Ohm cab (proper load). tried another instrument cord and guitar-nothing...Operate and Status lights come on....mute is not engaged, turned and pushed every button on the face of amp and still nothing EXCEPT the DI works fine. Was able to run through the board. Any ideas? After 2 hours of being on and running thru the board the Agie 500 had no warmth to the touch at all. Is there some internal fuse I could have blown or something else I can check? Sure want this guy for Saturday night, but may be back to the old GK 400 RB. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Oh, also ran a speaker cord between the Send and Return on FX loop (that had fixed a problem on the GK at one time) .......Thanks, Bud B

I went to a shop in Denmark to specifically to try this amp out since I've had serious GAS for this amp and it had the excact same problem. What a let down! is this a common thing with these amps?
