Aguilar DB112 NT by itself?

Sign in to disble this ad
I'm looking into purchasing a smaller cab for smaller venues (I currently am using an accugroove el whappo) so I was considering getting the Aggy DB112 NT. Only thing that worried me was how they mention "extension cab" in the description. Does this cab hold up on its own? I don't plan on pairing it cause that defeats the purpose of what I need it for.
Does anyone use this cab by itself and does it hold up and produce a good live sound for club, restaurant, etc. type venues?
If it matters, I'd be running it through a genzbenz shuttle 12 head.
Thanks.

it will work just fine unless you require a tweeter which the "NT" designates.

That was quick!

If using a DB112 on is own you will want to put feet on the side opposite the handle.

They work better on their sides and make carrying easier.
