Aguilar make fine cabinets, let me just say that, incredible build quality, sound and reliability I have found. They (Aguilar) quote the DB series as a whole as being more mid range present,

http://www.aguilaramp.com/products_cabinets.htm

I have found this to be correct. The DB's are covered in coloured tolex whereas the GS cabs are carpeted.

I use the GS412 and the GS410. Neither series is better or worse, just depends on what YOU like?

You can't go wrong really IMHO.

Holy

I just got my GS412 today and it smokes for tone!!! I have been using the DB series cabs for 2 years now so I thought I would try something different.

The only difference I can tell so far is the midrange "honk" you get out of the DB's.
