Aguilar Users: Cab Combinations?

Sign in to disble this ad
Just curious as to which cab combinations you guys prefer.

1x12 + 1x12
1x15 + 1x15
1x15 + 2x10
2x10 + 2x10

Some pictures of your rigs would be good too

Thanks.

I use a Orange Terror Bass + GS112 + GS112NT.

Heard someone say 'cute' at a gig, but I like the rig's portability, and I never ran out of headroom, playing in a LOUD rockband. Tone for days too! Heck, I wouldn't even swap it for a rig twice as expensive!

Yeah I did. Hope to be part of it soon.
I just can't really decide what I want. I don't want something too big, but I don't want anything too small either...

I'm running 2 DB410's With a DB751 or AG500, but have set the ball in motion for selling them off in favour of a GS412. There are some bad influences on this forum giving me G.A.S. (see above)

On a side note, does anyone have experience with a 1x15 + 2x10 combination?

Nice looking rigs, but the reason i want a combination is I want to be more mobile and modular, for smaller - medium gigs.

I love the sound of my DB750 with my Eden 410XLT & 210XLT. I own 3 GS112, but I like the mid bump in the Edens.
I have yet to try the Aguilar DB410. Curious how the rear port sounds along with how that cab is tuned.

Sorry...I just look for any excuse to show off my big rigs...It's the insecurity in me.

I've used my DB750 with DB410, DB210, and DB115 cabs, but never more than one at a time. My fav is the DB115.

Although I've had thoughts that a DB210+DB115 setup might be pretty nice, I haven't had need for that much fire-power yet. Also, my love of the DB115 sound has me thinking that another one might be that much better.

There aren't many rigs that sound better than this one.

For a warm sound with a full sounding low end the 210 + 115 is nice.
I got this two years ago and are very happy playing it.

I use however many GS series 12s the gig calls for.

But I am NOT afraid to take the 412 to a small gig. It sounds amazing at low volumes.
