Funny, in my perception a 410+115 cab combination has always been kind of the "classic setup" for a Bass fullstack... However, I'll see how it works out. I'm sure those cabs work fine as standalones in different gig situations as well.

I have the DB750 and have used it with an Eden 4x10 once in a pretty loud Blues/rock 3-piece band, I usually play two 1x12 cabs. It was massive! Very warm, lots of lows yet very punchy, enough highs for an occasional slap groove. Great.
I imagine adding a 1x15 would probably turn the rig into a WMD.

Sounds like a great deal then. Those are both great cabs!

I've played through the 410XLT but I actually owned a pair of 210XLTs and the 115XLT. I tried mixing the 210 and 115 on several occasions but, to my ears, I never liked the combination of the 10s and the 15 in the Eden XLT series cabs. YMMV. But as you've already said, you can combine or use them as standalones for different situations. Congrats though, sounds like a good score!

The classic setup is two 410s. A 15 and a 410 can't come close to that sound.

You're in for a treat.
Eden cabs are selling for a song here on TB.
Great gear but no love in the resale area.

My TH500 sounds good through my Eden 2x10 1x15 stack. I have the older pre XLT cabs which are a little smaller and lower in power handling. These are heavy cabs but I always get compliments from other musicians when I use them. I just hate moving them. The 4x10 XLT cab is a beast at around 100lbs, but would make a great standalone cab. They are still expensive new so if they are almost free and you don't mind moving/storing them then it's a no brainer IMHO.

You can get a Carvin four 10 cabinet with Neodymium drivers for $499 right now. Aguilar is over $1,000 and they don't have teh Neodymium drivers in a four 10 setup so the weight is about 25 pounds more.

Just wonder how much of a difference the cabinet really makes.
I play Carvin basses almost exclusively and I really like their B and BX series amps. However, their cabinets have always been a bit ho-hum to my ears - very boxy sounding and the speakers hit their Xmax relatively soon. Are their Aguilars worth twice the price? With my experience concerning both Carvin and Aguilar boxes, I'd say yes.
