TL606 plans are pretty common and easily found.

3.5 cubic feet of volume tuned to 45hz

Hard to find TS parameters for the 421A

resonant frequency (Fs) is stated to be 40hz
performance not sound is similar to k-140, EV15L

so they dont need a larger box than 3 to 3.5
unlike some 15's which like larger boxes around 5 to 6 cubic.

anything larger will just reduce power handling.

Altecs were offered as upgrade speakers in Ampeg 2x15
and also standard in the 2x15 horn loaded V4B cabinet.

421A's were also optional in the Ampeg B-15. My '67 B-15NF has an original 421A.

I had an Oliver amp with two 15's in the late sixties that had Altec Lansings. I actually still have the speakers. I cut the cabinet in half and have used them with my stereo since about 1970. Jess Oliver being the creative person he was and after the Ampeg B15 designed the Oliver amp that had a motor and when you flipped the switch on top the head came out of the cabinet. At the end of the night flip again and it went back down into the cab.
