that'll bag you something nice. Take a look at the various stickies in the AMPS section, you'll find lots of advice re power and speaker configurations. Good luck

Off the top of my head..

Get at least a 500w head, minimum. There are roughly 87 million brands of these. Have fun choosing. But you may want to pay special attention to ones that involve actual tubes, at least in the preamp stage. It's possible to get great distortion from pedals, but you may one some natural tube sound on your rig as well.

Get two cabs, for modularity. Since you may play "large" gigs and you do like metal (and presumably playing loud)... I'd say your will want at least one of those cabs to be a 4x10. And since matched cabs are best (unless you're using some kind of biamping or crossed-over signal), you'll want a second 4x10 cab. Just bout every cab maker in the universe makes these. They all differ on tone, volume, weight, cost and build quality. Have fun choosing.

Once you have your 500+ watt head hooked up to two 4x10s, you will speak with the thunderous voice of God himself.

Shop wisely and you'll have cash left over.
