Looked good - descent price. Ordered in Dec (2010) haven't heard a word other than the confermation? Has anyone had any relationship with this company?

I worked with them late last year too. 'Paid and placed an order thru paypal, waited, waited... finally emailed them back with a friendly "whazzup."

"Doooooh! Sorry, we'll get right on that."

I had my cover within a few days. So it seems that they don't run the tightest ship. Give 'em a reminder. The cover is pretty nice, but they ought to get their order tracking worked out.

very often when gear is manufactured, sourced off site,or even off shore, companies will wait until they have enough orders to compile a "stock order shipment"......unless the item you requested was in stock a the time you ordered this is most likely the case....for companies to order stock items one at a time would be cost prohibitive......the question i ask when i order something is always "do you have them in stock"

Texas is a large place.

"numerous" = about ten, via e-mail and through Ebay.

Unfortunately, yep. There's a small guitar shop that my guitarist and I deal with. The owner carries some pretty nice, high end stuff, but he also carries Behringer products as well.

My guitarist said he was chatting with the owner one day he stopped by, and the owner said that he was getting frustrated because he sent in an order to Behringer to ship him some power amps because he was out of stock. Time went by, and he recieved one amp but not the other. When he called Behringer to find out why he hadn't recieved the other amp, he learned that it hadn't shipped because the company doesn't ship items to its buyers until they get a whole cargo container full of orders to deliver.

I guess that's another reason to hate Behringer for us here. *lol*

Good point Jim. I did hear from them on the 1st try (email) and got a confirmation from USPS saying it is scheduled for ship. I only waited +/- 30 days before I did the followup.

I'll keep ya'll in tune to what happens.

Thumbs up

Hey fellow bassists – I just had it delivered by USPS. It looks really good! I’ll know more how it fits on Sunday ………..(I keep the amp stored in a secure lock-up at the Church where I play every week)
I don’t know what I did different……….Ordered on line – prepaid…received an order confirmation right away………and only one follow-up email re the ship date…..total time = a little more than 30 days.
I am satisfied!

I've dealt with them on a couple different occasions - the last being about 6 months ago. The first time was quick and easy, but the next time was slow in response and shipping. It may or may not be a full time operation. That said...they put out good product for a good price, even IF somewhat inconsistent in shipping their wares. To be fair...they may have troubles getting supplies on their end. After all it IS located in Tejas

BTW: They DO NOT have a phone number or confirmed address (my research found 2 different addresses).

This address is a residence. As was the one that was sent to me notifying me of my shipped covers, mine is coming from Spring, Texas...or so the email says. There is definately somthing fishy about this company. Maybe they are from oversees trying to look like a US company. It took 3 weeks for my order to ship. They never responded to my emails. I tried to call them through the phone number listed on my credit transaction. Cell phone...no answer... left message...no return call. it looks like if you bug them enough they'll send it.

Oldish thread but yeah, I think Jim Campbell probably got it right. Not a US company at all but rather some loser operating out of their house, getting these things from china for about a buck-and-a-quarter, taking your money and probably spending it before your order is even filled.

FWIW, Spring, Tx is a northern suburb of Houston. Not far at all from a big ol' international seaport on the Gulf of Mexico.

I had good service from these guys twice over the past 18 months, but the cover I ordered in November 2011 hasn't arrived yet. I've sent 4 emails, to their info and sales email addresses, but haven't heard zip from them and no sign of hte cover. Looks like they have scooted?
