All of a sudden the used market around me exploded AND new amps went on sale so I'm thinking of striking while the iron is hot.
I have an idle poweramp & could use a pedal or preamp too

I play at Catholic Mass primarily but also have a rock cover band needing various tones. My EQ is in the sig & my EBMM sterlings are my go to basses and are hi-fi so I need to tame them a bit with a warmer amp. I have a big rig for huge shows so power isn't a issue, tone is! The direct out is important too.

How would you rank these by tone & deal here?

So the Eden WTDI is ONLY post effects direct... that won't work.

Now I need to find out if the VT deluxe can be run pre-EQ. I often like to give the board a clean signal & EQ my tone separately at my cab.
