Amp or effect which filters annoying sounds?

I have the bad habit of making all those little sounds with the string ( swiping for every note, pushing my fretting hand so hard on the strings you get a little sound when it touches the wood, accidentally touching the others strings, but not hard enough to make a note, simply enough to make a "tap" sound) so which effect/amp can prevent this and instead have a clean, notes only sound?

None of them. What you put into them is exactly what you get out of them. You can roll off high end to minimize it, but it's still going to be there. You have to learn to ignore that stuff. You'll never hear it in a band context, and bass is just a noisy instrument on the whole and a lot of those noises can't be helped.

Roll off the tone control on your bass or use flatwound strings. If you have an active bass that doesn't have a traditional tone control, Markbass amps and their Super Booster pedal have a VLE control that does the same thing, there's plenty of other things out there that will do a similar job. And turn down your tweeter / horn if you have one!
