Amp for Peavey 215D cab

Hi all,
I was wondering if I could get your suggestions on a good amp that pairs up nicely with a Peavey 215D cab.
I have a GK 700RBII penciled in for the job, but maybe you have a better idea.

MANY, many moons ago, I had an old Sunn Collesium 300 on top of a bigass Peavey 2x15- plugged a Thumb BO-4 through a cheapo DOD comp & LOVED it. Played wannabe RHCP/Primus-type crap back then, but my general tone is similar, & I have a GK-700RB-II now.

Ohh...Love that cab. I owned one with Black Widow speakers in it and it sounded amazing with pretty much anything driving it.
I'm sure the 700RB will be fine.

I played mine with several heads, Tube SVT, 800RB, SVT-350H. The all kicked ass with that cab.

Aren't those cabs 4 ohms? You wouldn't be able to run two of them with your GK head.

I'm running in stereo.
I want to have two stacks. Each being a GK 700RB II (or amp to be decided) with a Peavey 215D cab.
The neck pickup going to one and the bridge pickup going to the other.
