Amp repair. Kustom 310c. Help :(

Sign in to disble this ad
So My kustom 310c just stoped putting out power in the middle of playing. WHAT THE HECK!
It made some noises like it was clipping, but the clip light never came on. I rolled back the gain a bit and no sound. Now whatever I do, I can get it to put any power out. The signal light tells me its recieving the bass signal, but the speakers arent moving. Ive taken the head out, but I dont have any way of attaching it to another cab. WHAT TO DO ?!?

I just bought this amp from a guy in atlanta yesterday. It was BRAND new, but I dont have the reciept because I am not the origional purchaser. It was playing fine (Great, actually) untill it just stopped today.

The simple answer is, just take it in. Even if talkbass could tell you whats wrong, your not likely to have the kill to fix it. No offense cause I dont have the skill either, and neither do a lot of people here.

If you have to ask what to do, then take it in.

Best of luck though!
