Of those choices, I would (and did

) choose the GBE 1200, largely because I felt that it was the best compromise between "warmth" and solid-state cut, with enough oomph to make sure I was felt. Additionally, I love the EQ possibilities and the service is second to none. As an added bonus, their cabinets are, IMO and IME, phenomenal, especially for the tone you're looking for.
I would also recommend looking into Mesa Carbine amps, either the M6 or the M9. I have been using an M6 for over a year now and love it just as much as my GBE 1200. Same quickness and pop, but smoother through the mids and with a bigger bottom that really delivers a wallop. Can't go wrong with either of those... IMO, of course.
