I have only two amps they are a Genz Benz Streamliner 600 and a Traynor YBA200-2. So with weight aside and only going on tone and volume. which one would you keep? Also the Traynor is all tube and the GB has an all tube preamp. Right now I'm leaning towards keeping the Traynor, but I really like both amps. Help me decide please.

Sadly, coz I like all tube amps, if going with just one amp, outta these 2, I'd go with the Shuttle.
More power, VERY versatile, great eq, small, light, well designed..etc..
Scrap that, you said "Streamliner"
Now I'd go with the Yba200 in an instant! But, I didn't gel with the STL
That's my 2c, if it's worth that.

But I am partial to tube amps.

| | Registered User | | | | | my friend's band uses the traynor, which can get pretty nasty in a metal setting when turned all the way up, consider that it might not have the hi volume clean you may need |

I've done outdoor gigs without PA support using the Yba200 into a 6 or 8x10"
