My Little Mark kept moving on top of my AE 112 cabinet at yesterday's gig. It fell to the floor before I noticed it but luckily it continued working. What's the best way to keep it stable? |

| | | | I take the wheels off the back of my cab so it slants, and the head sits on top.
I use that anti-skid material, soft bubbly kind of stuff that comes in rolls, usually 12/14 inches wide, and NOTHING slides on that stuff.

I took one look at the top of the Tolex'd cab, and this is the result: 
(Note the LMT800 on the ground to the right of the 810)  |

Or you could do all the above suggestions, probably much cheaper that way.

I keep my tuner pedal on there (using the tuner out on the Shuttle), but you may wish to use a wallet or your cold beverage of choice (yes, yes, bass responsibly - if you're getting enough vibe off the cab that a drink on it could spill, maybe you're better off just keeping the head on the floor.)

Different rig, but I also use a 2" foam rubber pad. Nothing rattles or buzzes, nothing moves around and it's GOTTA be better for the vacuum tubes, right?
