Anyone tried this stack? I know 410 / 15 mixing gets a lot of stick but this sounds genuinely good to me and not just about having the 410 higher as I wasn't playing.

Virtually any two cabs together will sound better than either by itself.

I used the setup on a few occasions. I wouldn't run it again without a separate power amp going to each cab. I could only ever hear the 410. Plus I only used the
Together bc I could, I never came close to needing that many speakers.

Stick the 15E on top and you're good to go.

I use SVT 410HE and SVT115E on my setup.

I stick the 115E on top for 2 reasons.

1) I can hear the 1x15 better
2) I know when the 1x15 is up to limit when i push it since the 1x15 is rated at 200-250watt and the 4x10 is around 500watt.

^^ That makes sense. A bit of a mis-match I know but the rig I heard sounded good and better than when Ive heard and used the 410HE on its own.

two of those 15's on one side of a poweramp with the 410 on top running off the other side of the poweramp would sound killer! plus the 410 would be closer to your ears and the power handling would be similar that way

Deepblue there is no such thing as too much! I have an 8X10 beside a 2X15.

I do it for the reasons mentioned above and the fact that the 15e is lighter than the 410he
