which is as easy as sticking a dummy plug into one of the speaker jacks... i have the B25B, and while it isnt exactly over-powered, i find that it can supply surprising volume thorough the right cab, especially if you can live with some hair on your sound (i definitely *can*!).
V4B is at least as sweet, and wins the headroom battle pretty easily (and being 4 ohm capable doesnt hurt). not a huge difference in overall output (or tone, IMO) though, all things considered.
at any rate, i am not sure the 410HLF is the right cab for either of them, impedance mismatch notwithstanding... of course, that is always a personal opinion kind of thing...
