Impossible to say. It depends on how loud everything is.

Yeah.... but I mean, most likely to be loud enough or not? I know you can never really tell but...

A Fender Twin could bury the B100R easily. I agree it's not possible to answer, but I suspect no, it's not enough amp and certainly not enough spkr.

I use a B100R to rehearse with my 5 piece blues/rock band. No problems with volume competing with a 60 watt 4x10 Fender Deville and a Hammond B3. Sometimes we get pretty loud. Unless you're crazy loud, I would say "most likely" and sound good doing it.
