I'm in a 3 piece acoustic combo and I'm looking for a small but warm sounding combo for gigs. I've heard a lot of good things about the now discontinued Ampeg B100R. If I can find one of these on the used market, would it be loud enough to keep up with the acoustic guitars with the ocassional violin and/or soft drummer? |

| | | | Mine works great for acoustic situations. Probably to small to keep up with a heavy handed drummer. Line out works good, all you need is a DI box for PA support. Typical Ampeg tone (big and warm). If you buy one you will quickly see why no one wants to sell theirs. |
