| Ampeg B25B wiring

I bought a matching Ampeg B25b head and cab. The jack in the back of the cab is missing, but the seller gave me a male xlr panel and female xlr connector to hook up. There are 2 wires from the speakers that would go to the male xlr panel. Any ideas how to wire this up?
Also I need to make the cable that connects the cab to the amp. Female xlr to 1/4in jack. Any ideas on how to wire that?
I'm new at electronics and wiring, but I have some friends who can help once I know where the wires go.
