Ampeg B2R/SansAmp RBI Q:
 

I have a Ampeg B2r head running into 2 410 cabs.

My rack currently goes bass - wireless(line 6 g50) - Sabine Tuner - B2r - Cab

I have a Crown XLS1500, a BBE Sonix Max and the SansAmp RBI

My question is where do they fit into the chain? I am new to the rack idea.

Would it make any sense to run it like this

Wireless < Tuner < BBE < Sansamp < B2r (front input) < Poweramp < Cabs

You'd have to bypass the B2R's power amp to use an outboard power amp, so you'd want to come out of the B2R's effects send and into the power amp without plugging in the effects return. Really not necessary since the B2R has its own, but if you want to use it, that's how you'd do it. Otherwise your signal chain is fine.
